Why does posture matter? If you want to feel better, to look after your body, to prevent aches and pains then you need to give more attention to your posture. Many of us are unaware of the awkward, unhealthy postures our bodies adopt. We give very little attention to the needs of our bodies except for food and sleep. If we do give more attention to our posture we will be handsomely rewarded by feeling happy rather than sad, clear-headed rather than muddled.
